17.08.2019 Spending a nice evening with the guys, good food and several different rums. Colour Medium dark. Nose Light fresh, spice, fruits, citrus, light orange, faint chocolate, faint nutts. Palate Light wood, roasted, fruits, light citrus, vanilla, faint coffee, dried fruit. Finish Medium long, round, wood, faint smoke, fruits, light orange, faint coffee. Pretty smooth everyday sipping rum in my mind.

Strong overripe cantaloupe melon in the nose, with vanilla sugar, green banana and a little glue. Almost like an older single grain whisky. Probably the column still character I suppose. In the taste a switch to orange. Water adds a waxiness. In the finish more wood.
