Nose is quite green an floral - agreeable but also strong. Clean attack and freshness but also complex. Overall a good degustation and surprise

Le nez est boisé. On y retrouve du chocolat épicé avec une pointe de vanille et un soupçon de fruité (agrumes-fruits tropicaux). Le nez est équilibré et invite généreusement à la dégustation, tirant sur la fraîcheur mentholée. En bouche, l’attaque est franche mais bien intégrée. Les fruits secs apparaissent, ainsi que de la vanille mais le boisé pousse des épaules. La finale est plutôt longue sur le boisé, le chocolat noir et les épices. Conclusions : le packaging Tatanka est sublime, mais perso, je ne le trouve pas assez gourmand. Le nez est gourmand mais en bouche c'est austère.
