Saint James Impérial Blanc
One member calls it "wie eine alte Liebe" — an old friend you keep coming back to. It smells of pure sugarcane juice, fresh grass and lime, and drinks soft and lightly sweet at 40%. Several tasters happily sip it neat, but the crowd is loudest about ti-punch, mojito and even caipirinha, where its grassy, fruity side really works.
The community says- Pure sugarcane nose
- Soft, no burn

How does Saint James Impérial Blanc taste?
Aggregated from 77 community reviews.
Light, grassy agricole made for ti-punch Most call it an easy, aromatic entry Martinique agricole — pure cane and grass, very smooth. The catch: at 40% some find it thin, and a couple want more punch.

Verliert gegen O Reizinho deutlich, daher abgewertet

In the UK especially if you want a Cheap agricoles for your home bar for experimentations... Not as good as Clement or damoiseau but it's a tenner cheaper so I'll forgive it and only clocks at 40% The usual not3s from Agricole of grass and olives

Ein starker fruchtiger Geruch, Zuckerrohr. Ein süßer Geschmack, fruchtig.

toller Agricole, schöne Frucht, viel Esther

Last one for today.

Simply a pleasant, smooth classic of an unaged Rhum Agricole, you can drink easy on any occasion - and it smells and tastes on top. I like especially the sweet sugar cane nose. The 40% vol. are now a little too little for me, but hey, this Agricole is not made specifically for me, so I take it as a rhum that does not hurt, but relaxes. Here at RumX says that you either love or hate this Agricole - I can not say that I love him, but I like him.Unstressed Sipper, certainly also well suited for Ti-Punch.

The aroma of pure sugar cane juice wafts towards you as soon as you open it. Mild, soft, sweet, not tangy and round on the finish. A well-rounded thing even neat. Top value for money

A well-made unaged Agricole, okay as a mixer

Retasting this one at the German Rum Fest. This is definitely a mixer rum. Very light even thin. ---- I use this one for a Mojito and I think it's perfect for that. 4 cl Saint Jamas 2 cl Sugarcane syrup Fresh mint leaves Half a lime in cubes Shake really well and add spakly water to your liking

Der Ti Punch für den frühen Nachmittag. ;-)
Review by Godspeed
Vanishingly thin but agreeably easy in what it does have. A serviceable “hold you over” juice when you’re in the mood for a ti-punch but want to go no further than your corner grocery store.

Basique, très bien en ti-punch.
Review by Stefan Persson
Overall a solid low ABV Agricole Blanc that’s really smooth. The nose is fresh, fruity, round and spicy. At the palate it’s smooth, fruity, vegetal and sweet with flavors of peppers, melon, grass and sugarcane. The finish is medium long.
