Überraschend gut! Erstaunlich viel Zimt und Gewürze.

Sensational nose - associations with perfectly flavored Christmas cookies come to mind. The palate is extremely accessible, but too much oxidation should not have an effect. A very well-balanced rum that I absolutely love in its perfect state (oxidation in combination with ageing).

14.04.2012 First visit to the Whisky.dk event after returning to Denmark after first living 3 years in Upplands Väsby, Sweden and then 7 years in Shanghai, China. Got back together with old friends to have a nice weekend. Notes. Very dark in colour. Nose: Intense, wood, glue, plum, light coconut, fruitcake. Palate: wood, balanced, fresh, citrus, solvents, dried fruit. Finish: medium to long, wood, roasted, licorice.

The perfect nose! 🤯On the palate, however, the high level can not be maintained (a bit too tart and flat).
