Nez, vernis extrême, colle forte. De jolis esters. Fruits surmûris. Ananas frais. Carambole trop mûre. Saumure. Du fenouil. Bouche, ananas très mûr, banane, jacquier pourri au sol laissé au soleil. Des épices sur le bâton de cannelle, le piment de cayenne. Finale sur l'olive verte en pot.

19.04.2019 Meeting up with some old colleagues at this wonderful hotel. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light wood, faint roasted, pineapple, light ester, fruity. Palate Warm, light roasted wood, spicy, pineapple, light nutts, earthy, light herbs. Finish Medium long, light wood, fruity, faint cherry, spices, light herbs, faint chocolate.
