This is a rum that was matured for 18 years in American Bourbon Casks. Really well balanced and complex with a long finish. The price tag matches the quality. I will get the 24 year version for testing next month and really look forward to sampling it.

Deutlich komplexer als der 15 Jährige Bruder, aber aus meiner Sicht bekommt man für den Preis deutlich besseres. Wäre für mich eher ein Rum der 50euro klasse. Fruchtige Nuancen, mild, eher süß.

A very pleasant Cuban. It is not too sweet. Nice wood aromas. For me also very balanced and mild. I think it's a good rum for beginners. I won't remember it for long.
