Neisson Blanc
Grass, fresh sugarcane and a briny, almost olive-and-sea-salt edge run through this Martinique agricole blanc. The nose is bright, floral and citrusy; neat it reads lively but on the lean side, with some finding the palate a touch smooth and thin for 50%. Where it really wakes up is in a Ti Punch or cocktail — one taster says a splash took a mai tai "next level."

How does Neisson Blanc taste?
Aggregated from 26 community reviews.
Grassy, briny agricole built for Ti Punch Well-liked bright, grassy blanc that shines in a Ti Punch or cocktail. Neat it's clean but some find the palate too light and smooth for the intensity of the nose.

On its own, it is less sweet than the other candidates and also slightly earthy. In Ti Punch, it is one of the more floral and citrusy candidates. Definitely a delicious Ti Punch! 8.4/10 points

#5145 15.03.2025 Running a few samples at home. Nose Balanced, sugarcane, vegetal, faint smoke, Agricole, spice, light oranges, light berries. Palate Round, smooth, fruits, light berries, light citrus, Agricole, light grass, sugarcane, spice, light mint. Finish Medium to long, light citrus, grass, spice, sugarcane, light mint. Empty glass Light mint, spice, vegetal, sugarcane. Tried to add a bit of lemon zest and that made it even better.

Bought me a bottle of this Agricole Blanc on my way down to Spain. I had great expectations, but the flavors are too weak in my opinion even though the scents is quite good and intense. It works a little bit better in a Ti’Punch than neat. The nose is intense, fruity, floral and spicy with scents of citrus, sugarcane and licorice. At the palate it’s weak or overly smooth if you wish, sweet and fruity with flavors of honey and citrus. The finish is medium long, but still too smooth with flavors like at the palate.

Very nice but a bit harsher than the clement canne bleue which I am tasting side by side. More astringency and grassyness. Less fruit. Still lively and bright.

Wasn’t really expecting what I just tasted. Very briney, olives and grassy. A little goes a long way, actually. Not much heat for a 50%. 1/4 oz of this in my mai tai recipe was phenomenal! Next level cocktail stuff!!

Read full review →Perhaps more expensive than a lot of unaged white agricole available, particularly the crazy prices I enviously look at in France but I would say it's worth having a bottle for a more Premium mixer/part time sipper.
