Had a Bellamy's Reserve tasting yesterday and it was kind of a disappointment to say the least. Here's the fourth of the six. Though the nose is very promising they have killed this wonderful rum with caramel sweetness. Most of the Agricole has disappeared because of the overly sweet notes. What could have been a nice rum was killed...... Price is definitely too high.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen vier spielt hier eine medizinische Note und sogar ein Hauch Menthol in der Nase mit. Spannender als die anderen, auch geschmacklich. Frischer, weicher und mit öligen Zitrusanklängen - und dieser durchaus spannenden Mentholnote. Mag ich.

Sehr mild, aber insgesamt einfach ein sehr flaches Profil. Die rauchigen Noten von Honig und Karamell munden aber es ist einfach nicht sehr intensiv.
