03.05.2011 Celebrating the birthday of a fellow GuyTai with very good food, lots of beer and a few rums. Notes Medium to dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, faint smoke, anise, plum, dried fruit, faint caramel. Palate Oily, balanced, wood, light roasted, faint coffee, citrus, plum, light caramel, faint chocolate. Finish Long and warm, wood, dried fruit, light coffee, faint licorice.
