Always thought that this was a Whisky based upon rice, but seen that some says it’s rum. It shouldn’t be drunk neat, but if you mix it with 1/4 of Sprite or Coke you have a simple party drink that many of us had to much of in Thailand.

Read full review →As a spiced mixing "spirit" it's pretty okay but nothing spectacular. Where Sang Som offered a bit of rumminess Mekhong doesn't even seem to try.
