Wow - Kirsch really dug up a real gem in terms of value for money. Besides the classic Agricole aromas, you can taste light fruits, especially dried plum. I've certainly had better rums in the glass, but this one is unbeatable at its retail price. You won't find a better Agricole for the money.

Schöner Agricole, anscheinend von Favorite, dafür quasi keine grasigen Noten, leichte dunkle Früchte, Schokolade, leichte Bitterkeit, für das junge Alter viel Holz.

The two new 6-year-old single casks from Neisson are probably just a bit better — at three times the price. Even though the distillery isn't mentioned here, this Journal des Kirsch bottling really makes me question the pricing from Martinique. Great value Agricole bomb!
