Old Brothers 70.1 - Le 1802 Monte Cristo
Give it time to open up and this unaged Panama column-still drinks surprisingly gentle for its 70% — one taster warns it'll bite if you don't let it rest. Once settled, it's fresh and green: olive in brine, floral, mineral and metallic notes. A few found it milder and emptier than expected, but people who like clean vegetal white rums enjoy it neat or, per one member, in cola.

This one will split waters. If you don't rest it it'll definitely will bite you in more ways than you'd expect. Once well rested it's a very fresh profile with some nice floral notes and light fruit. I tried it in a Coca Cola as well and it does really well in that mix.

Pretty mild for 70% and sweet. But no taste
