Poured from a bottle that's been open for ~1 year and is 75% full. This is an interesting bottling from Rolling Fork, and my first experience with non-additive Dominican rum. Definitely barrel driven but does it well- loads of clove, cinnamon, and cardamon. It is well-integrated but the finish is on the shorter side. Overall, this exceeds what I thought was possible from Dominican rum.
