So happy to see a higher ABV rum from Tanduay (50.5%). The nose is a bit deceiving with amazing smells of Creme Brulee, and Toffee. Very Inviting!!! But the palate delivers a bit more of a punch with some woodiness and spice! Very smooth for a 50.5%. Finish isn’t long, and leaves a chocolate flavor with some slight bitterness. Nothing crazy. Overall, I think this is a great Rum, that could be very multi dimensional
