Nobilis Enmore #57 Guyana Enmore 1992 "Bottled for German Rum Fest 2026" Selected in collaboration with Stefan & Kevin MEC
"History in a glass," as one taster put it — a 34-year-old Enmore pot-still from the wooden stills, heavy on dark wood, prune, pencil shavings, leather and bitter chocolate. It needs air; several people rest it 45 minutes to two hours before it opens up. Big, dry and brooding at 56.6%, not a casual pour. Most call it one of the best Enmores they've had.

#1786 24-04-2026 - Rate 9.5 Got a small sample from our friends at Nobilis. Was picking up some other bottles when Kenneth slipped this one into the box. What a treat. Amazing Enmore. A contender to be the best Enmore I have ever tasted. I love that it’s ABV is 56,6% and not around 50% Gives some more power to the taste. Kevin would not rate because he has been involved is the selection af the cast. But I will rate it - 9.5 Perhaps 9.6 the next time i taste it. Can’t wait until Berlin 😊🥃 The only Nobilis rum better then this one is Hampden 27.

Amazing 1992 MEC 💪 Maybe the most intense/deep in leather, tobacco, coffee, bitter chocolate, menthol and varnish/nail polish. If you like the extrem ones with a long aftertaste😁this is for you. If you preffer more "elegant/balance", the Sponge fits better. I like both 🤩

Wow, such a bottling from the hands of our community, by Nobilis and selected with Kevin and Stefan – respect! A great MEC 1992 Guyana with spectacular color – that first! I was very excited and extremely curious, thanks to Kevin for the sample, I enjoyed the rum with Thunderbird. Because: you need time, lots of time for this bottling. It’s powerful and comes out very strong from the glass and needs to develop and settle. On the nose, it slowly opens up, becomes more accessible and round after half an hour. Then the fine aromas of leather, Demerara sugar, and meaty notes with pencil shavings in the background come through. For tongue and palate, you should first take a small drop and let it work before sipping. That at least opens my taste buds and prepares me for the upcoming spectacle! Dark, deep, and complex, there’s a lot to do and taste, great release, fantastically chosen and shouldn’t have stayed in the barrel any longer. So wood, fruity, and bitter aromas balance each other, the alcohol is very well integrated and brings a great mouthfeel.

Just discovered at the ROA Belgium tasting, superb Guyana, a nice "little" Enmore that drinks itself endlessly... Very addictive!!!

This is something special. Nobilis choose barrel and its something between enmore 1990 in noise and taste and something between 1994 in finish and colour. Amaizing famous choice boys. 🤟🏻👍👍👍🥃(plum, pencil shavings and mirabel) The Beast

Magnifique ! Une merveille et je trouve bien meilleur que le Versaille 1994 ! Dans les mêmes tons mais plus de complexité moins ce goût de café, plus de fruité un fort goût de reviens-y ! Il m'en faut une quille c'est sûr ! Vivement août !
