You get honey sweetness up front, then unripe yellow and tropical fruit, a floral lift and that unmistakable Fiji glue-and-rubber streak, with roasted, smoky wood behind it. Hier habbich dummerweise vergessennein Bild von der Flasche zu machen, daher gibt es nur das Etikett als Bild :) Schöner Fiji-Rum, ist überwiegend fruchtig, die ganze Obstbandbreite ist erkennbar, außerdem ist noch etwas Klebstoff erkennbar.

8,7:On the nose, fresh, grassy, herbaceous molasses, floral, smoky wood, vanilla, dirty, plastic, rubber, citrus, tropical fruits like banana, green fruits, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, dairy notes arise, sweet marzipan, pastry, nuts, spicy allspice, anise, warm, medicinal like glue. 8,4:On the palate, the attack is fresh with grassy, herbaceous molasses, floral, medicinal with light esters, glue, rubber and plastic hints, fruity with citrus, tropical, yellow and green fruits, the wood is roasted, smoky, spicy with vanilla, allspice, salty. 8,3:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, with toasted oak notes like dark chocolate, spicy, smoky, fruity with tropical, citrus fruits, fermented, as molasses is candied, herbaceous, grassy(hay), vegetal and slightly dirty, some plastic hints stay along..

Schöner Fiji mit einer angenehmen, eher dunklen Aromatik. In der Nase reife Früchte, etwas Leder, Holz und eine feine Würze. Am Gaumen trocken und würzig mit Eiche, Tee, etwas Kakao und einer leichten herben Note. Gut gereift, rund und schön ausgewogen, dabei mit genug Tiefe, um spannend zu bleiben. Eine wirklich gelungene Fiji Abfüllung.

Velice divoké Fiji, které chutná přesně tak, jak má Fiji chutnat. Dobře se pije celý večer. Chuť je technická a vůně je extra výrazná. Závěr je kratší z důvodu kontinentálního staření. Etiketa odkazuje na pohanské tradice a postavy, které neodmyslitelně patří ke slovanské kultuře.

I love Fiji, my favourite "non mainstream" terroire and this might be one of the best Fijis there is. Honey sweetness, freshness of unripe fruits, technical tones, flowers, bit of smoked wood. It has it all.

First RFC bottle and as a member of RFC I try to be objective - 8.6 is fair to me. Really good continental Fiji, with lot of burnt plastic and light rubber and honey tone. The end is a bit on peppery side. On the other hand it is not so complicated and could be easy sipper. Good compromise between complexity and simplicity.
