Beautiful solvent notes, fruit (peach, apricot), dried fruit, little wood, spicy. Fresh and perfectly balanced. Great mouthfeel. Now a little more wood. Crisp, warm. Super finish that really stimulates salivation 😀 Great Neisson, perfectly balanced high-end sipper to my taste. Close to the references from our own house. 😀 Many thanks to Bonn!!!

Dégustation à l'aveugle. Super nez, wahou. Chocolat, noisette, vanille, que c'est agréable. Je devine un très bon martiniquais mais je ne sais pas de quelle distillerie. L'alcool est très bien intégré. C'est excellent.

When it comes to rum my nemesis is orange flavor. I got a little orange in the nose but it rather worked well because it was nicely integrated with all the others scents. I was a little worried though that the orange would stand out in the mouth though but that wasn’t the case. This was a rather light but very tasty rhum where vanilla, spices and wood stood out with some citrus fruit and a little orange which wasn’t too present. A very nice agricole. Batch #2 is also a great XO full proof. In addition to the spices, I also perceive a nice fruity note on the nose. Very mild on the palate, the ABV is perfectly integrated. The finish is roasty and tart.

Very nice Neisson, which only comes across a little too bitter and slightly too biting on the palate. But criticism on a high level, the rest of the profile makes up for a lot - nice sweetness, wood, subtle fruit. Excellent!

A beautiful emotion on this one, a profile which changes a little of what Neisson accustomed us but always as good as it slaps: coffee of the herbaceous notes and a little citrus fruit it surprised me more than the batch 1 more consensual in the Neisson family. I have fond memories of it

My father had a bottle of this laying around, bought from the factory in Martinique directly. For a beginner nose, it smells like any XO rhum agricole. The difference happens with tasting. The grill and spices roll over your tongue and you then get hit by an aftertaste of agricole. Quite a nice surprise, and the agricole taste stays for some time.

C’est très très bon ! Un boisé au nez présent mais très gourmand, vanille et ensuite des fruits ( pêche, fruits exotiques sucrés) c’est très équilibrés et très fin En bouche la gourmandise domine mais une certaine fraîcheur de canne toujours présente ! C’est quand même un top rhum
