Diese abfüllung von louis Santo hat mir bisher am besten gefallen. Der geschmack ist zwar wieder sehr süß geprägt aber dieses mal weit aus hamonischer. Im mund sind anklänge von Sherry und eine art Erdbeer joghurt zu schmecken das ganze natürlich wieder süß und leicht holzig.

Ein solider süßer einstiegs rum mit noten von sherry, schokolade, gewürzen und karamell in der nase. Am gaumen ebefalls noten von sherry, karamell, schokolade, rosinen und gewürzen. Im großen gazen ein guter rum aber nichts besonderes.

Recht dunkle Farbe. Fürs Auge ist was geboten. Der Naseneindruck ist nichts Besonderes aber auch nicht unangenehm. Der Rum war im Bourbon-Fass mit einem PX-Finish. Der Sherry-Einfluss ist deutlich zu riechen. Davon kommt auch die süssliche Note, die jedoch eine schöne Rundheit ergibt. Am Gaumen überwiegen dann auch Aromen aus dem PX-Fasseinfluss. Bei 40% natürlich easy auch in grösseren Schlucken zu trinken. Etwas Frische aus der Agricole-Herkunft merkt man noch. Der Abgang auf derselben Aromenschiene. Insgesamt was für PX-Liebhaber die die süssen Noten mögen. Durchaus süffig aber eben nicht sehr komplex.
