CDI La Sirène (Original Rum Creation) Limited Edition 2009
A blend most wouldn't expect: Cuban single cask and Paraguayan rum, each with an unusual barrel finish. It's quiet and dry, not loud — cocoa, mokka and coffee over young oak, with tobacco, pepper and a little raisin and plum. An elegant, easy sipper. The one recurring gripe: at 43% several find it watered-down and thin toward the finish.

Aggregated from 15 community reviews.
Dry, subtle Cuban-style sipper, a touch thin Well-liked as a subtle, dry evening sipper and cigar match. The consistent catch: the 43% reads thin, and a watery cut-off cuts the finish short.

Review by crazyforgoodbooze
