Communitytreffen RumX Acht Oktober 2025. Also dies könnte ein echt guter Rum sein, aber leider überstrahlt dieses Brandy Cask Finish hier alles. Schmeckt einfach zu sehr nach Brandy, leider, daher keine so hohe Bewertung.

Ein Brandy-Cask von Feller. Ich stehe ja absolut nicht auf Finishes, aber was Feller mit seinen Casks macht, hat Hand und Fuß. Der Einfluss des Brandys ist da, auch recht dominant, aber der karamellige Grundcharakter des Rums ist noch vorhanden. Insgesamt ist der Rum noch sehr jung und hochprozentig, was sich durchaus im Mund bemerkbar macht. Ein etwas längere Reifung in einem Bourbon-Fass hätte dem Rum in meinem Augen nicht geschadet. Trotzdem ein guter und vor allem ehrlicher Rum, ich mag die Feller-Produkte!
