At 55% it's less of a bruiser than the number suggests — tasters note the heat stays in check while fresh cane, cut grass, green apple and white pepper do the talking. There's a mineral, slightly iodine edge and a natural sweetness underneath. One member called it "fruity meat and white pepper," which fits the savory-vegetal core. Overall a typical AOC Blanc Agricole possible to sip thats probably great in a Ti Punch. On the nose it’s very fragrant with fruity, floral and spicy aromas. At the palate it’s quite strong with its 55% but also sweet and very savory with fruity, spicy and floral flavors.
