Review by Jason Toepfer
Craft distillery that tried at the tasting room. Two year old aged in Colorado so rate closer to 7-8%since dry high climate. So tastes and looks closer to 5 year old. Served in proper Glencarin. Did not realize 50% until after drinking and looking at label. Drinks like a 40%. Good vanilla and caramel tones with some alcohol taste, which higher ABV makes sense. Really smooth rum would rate more dry side vs sweet. Good sipper but can see being good with rum and coke or float on a Mai tai. Willdrink it again.
