🥃 Trois Rivières 1996 – 42 % Plantation emblématique de la Martinique, Trois Rivières tire son nom des trois cours d’eau qui traversent ses champs de canne : Oman, Bois d’Inde et Saint Pierre. Bien que la distillation ait été transférée en 2004 sur le site de La Mauny, cette cuvée de 1996 est un précieux vestige de l’époque Sainte-Luce, distillée sur place et vieillie 7 ans sous le soleil antillais avant embouteillage à 42 %. Le nez est d’une intensité remarquable, entre fruits rouges mûrs et fruits secs toastés, avec une touche de vernis qui déroute tout autant qu’elle envoûte. C’est séduisant, parfumé, fruité, et surtout très chaleureux. En bouche, l’attaque est douce et parfaitement équilibrée. On retrouve une belle richesse de fruits confits et des notes empyreumatiques élégantes. La finale, longue et gourmande, laisse s’exprimer des arômes vanillés et coco fondants. Un vrai millésime signature, dont le nez et la finale marquent les esprits.
