Give this one time — it takes a good 40 minutes to open, and after an hour the chocolate really comes through. It's a four-distillery Guyana-and-Nicaragua blend, dark and roasted: cocoa, coffee, caramel up front, then wood, black pepper and cardamom. At 65.5% the heat is there but well tucked in. Best sipped slowly with patience.

Famille Ricci Unique Blend X-Tasting #1: Interessanter Blend mit starken Gewürzen, insbesondere rotem Pfeffer im Gaumen. Unterstützt wird das durch eine Frische, Früchte und Schokolade, sowie einen markanten Holzeinfluss.

Quick tasting at the Rhum Fest Paris show, notes to be reviewed. On the nose, I could have believed it was the UFO 15, but on the palate it is richer and more indulgent. Quite a bit of chocolate and coffee, a little wood and freshness. The finish is not that long as I recall. A very fine vintage.

Joli nez. On reconnaît bien le Nicaragua. Beaucoup de chocolat, des épices, un boisé assez présent. En bouche, les 2 provenances se marient très bien. Tres gras, cela envelopoe tout le palais. Je n apprecie pas le pm, pourtant ici, je trouve le blend réussi. Finale longue et agreable. Encore un joli travail de nos loups !
