Mon premier ten cane donc pas de repère sur d autres dégustation. Au début du nez, un peu dérangé par une odeur de sucre brûlé et boisé épicé. Mais ça évolue très bien vers de la gourmandise chaude cocao. En bouche ça est agréable sur un chocolat/ fruits jaune. J ai pensé à la mirabelle , et un côté un peu pâtissier aussi. Il y a des épices, ça chauffe un peu , l alcool reste bien intégré. Belle découverte.

Déguste rapidement au salon Rhum Fest Paris, notes à revoir. Un profil particulièrement pâtissier, avec de belles notes de vanille et de chocolat. Ce n’est pas forcément ce que j’attendais, pour moi il manque un peu de fruits, mais c’est très plaisant ! De beaux épices viennent rehausser la finale.

Nez sur la pêche, le caramel, voir sucre roux bien caramélisé et du chocolat noir. En bouche quelques fruits rouges se rajoutent aux marqueurs précédents. Mais le plus marquant, est cette note intense de cacao amer. Finale moyennement longue. Encore un très bon choix de fut !
