Dégusté chez Emile & Marguerite pour la masterclass La Favorite. La on parle ! j'ai envie de dire que c'est un vrai bon rhum, très vieux. A noter tout de même, il est réduit à 60° avant d'être mis en fût. Dégustation : Canne florale encore présente, kumquat. Orange, boisé léger, beaux épices.

Une belle découverte lors de la MasterClass La Favorite ! Un rhum maîtrisé, élégant, qui dévoile de belles touches de canne à sucre, d’épices douces et d’agrumes mûrs. Un bel équilibre entre fraîcheur et intensité, vraiment plaisant en dégustation.
