Mexican cane juice rums rarely disappoint and this certainly hits the mark. Bought on a whim in Chicago after loving Dakabend, this style from Oaxaca/Puebla is closest to the Haitian Clairins but is its only briny, green fruit-filled style with a healthy dose of earthiness.
