Amazing unaged Rhum, my favourite of the ones I tried in 2024. Agricole (sugarcane juice + column still) but with a rebel soul due to the long fermentation, this rum has been tailored by Anna Ostrovsky for Whisky Club Italia from blue cane sourced in Guadeloupe. Blue cane typical fresh (mint) and agrumes notes are the main flavours I can use to describe this rum, but I've to mention also a floral trait along with yellow fruits. Moreover, the body is thicker and rounder than usual sugarcane column distilled rums thanks to the longer fermentation and the higher volatile parts concentration.

Independent bottling specifically requested from Whisky Club Italia, for this one I tailored fermentation and distillation at Carrere distillery to craft a bright, citrusy spirit that is perfect for ti punch. Produced in collab with Le Domaine De Bel’Air.
