#6733 02.05.2026 Enjoying a few samples while watching the new Dracula on Amazon Prime. A nice rum with a very good price tag in my mind. The profile has very nice spices and dried fruits, coffee and some chocolate and caramel.

Bon agricole. Le vieillissement en fût de cognac apporte une gourmandise axée autour des fruits secs comme le raisin et l abricot. Un peu de vanillé , crème brûlée. Le boisé est discret. Cet agricole est assez calme et élégant.

Goûté lors du RhumFest Paris 2025. Dégusté en fin de salon et mériterait de meilleures conditions. Il m'a laissé une jolie impression de rhum beurré et joliment boisé. Faible degré d'alcool mais joli piquant.

Tasted this grandiose vintage rum at the Rhum Fest Paris 2026. The nose is very aromatic, complex, woody, spicy and fruity with scents of vanilla, nutmeg, dates, prunes, apricot and tobacco. At the palate it’s complex, woody, spicy and fruity as well with flavors of vanilla, anise, dates, raisins and chocolate. The finish is long and warm.

Whisky Live Paris 2025 - to be tasted again to confirm the score and notes. Good dram the reduction helped a lot the balance of this rhum, that retains the typical profile of Depaz rhums, with a good Woody influence
