#6340 06/08.02.2026 My first visit to The Village in Nuremberg and it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely attend again as there is more than enough rum going around. This is also a very very sweet rum and not for me. The wood is hidden in the sweetness with some nutts, fruitys and lots of caramel. Extremely sweet and it can copete with Riise on sugar content I think.

Whisky Fair Rhein-Ruhr Düsseldorf April 2026. Die kleinste Messe, wo ich je war. Als erstes gibt es für mich den T. Sonthi Luxery Edition Rum. Finde hier nix luxuriös, getrocknete Früchte und Karamell kommen durch, aber zu süß.

Intensiv - Toffee, Karamell, dunkle Schokolade und schreiend süß!!! Wage zu bezweifeln, das diese intensiven Aromen nicht aus der Trickkiste der Lebensmittelchemie stammen. Habe ihn gestern beim Rum Händler meines Vertrauens probiert und musste mir danach den Mund ausspülen, weil überall nur noch Zucker war, welcher auch für den langen Abgang verantwortlich ist. Absolut nicht meins. Wer auf A.h. Riise oder Dessertspirituosen steht, wird es lieben.
