En résumé : pas simple de résumer ce rhum, qui avait plus d’un tour dans son sac. Je retiens essentiellement la guimauve, le gâteau poire, chocolat, les amandes, les fruits exotiques, et une touche vineuse. J’ai passé un excellent moment, et madame a également approuvé les quelques gouttes volées durant ma prise de notes.

Rhum intéressant mais assez léger globalement. Les tanins du finish en fût de vin sont assez présent en bouche. Donc assez décevant au vu du prix notamment, même si ce n'est pas un mauvais rhum.

Un rhum équilibré avec des notes de vin blanc et de pâtisserie. Il manque un peu de puissance. On ne retrouve pas le Savannah habituel. Juste une petite note beurrée.

Grima nous offre la un jolie rhum, simple et light car assez réduit mais quand même assez bien fait et plutôt aromatiques. Les fruits sont aussi bien tropicaux (Coco / Mangue / Banane) que du verger (Poire / Mirabelle), sec (Raisins) le tout souligné par quelques agrumes qui apportent une petite fraîcheur (Orange / Citron jaune) avec un côté confit légèrement mielleux et sirupeux. Le bois nous amène de la structure avec quelques épices douces (Gingembre / Vanille / Canelle), un petit toasté qui tire sur le café dilué et l'amande torréfié avec une pointe vineuse venant du Sauvignon. C'est bien équilibré et plutôt agréable sans casser plus de deux pattes a un canard tout de même du fait de la réduction et la colonne...
