Pure tasting: Nose: some petrol, fresh sugar cane, yellow overripe fruit and lemons and extremely floral and floral. Taste: also very floral and mild, but here too a slightly disturbing petrol note, plus slightly salty and lots of aniseed and fennel notes. Not 100% my cup of tea. Alcohol well integrated. Ti Punch: very tasty and round without any major rough edges!

Sugarcane bomb! Really fresh and grassy. The finish is so so long. It may go beyond a finish to an aftertaste. Alongside the sugarcane is fennel, olive, lemon and mineral. It’s a good drop and I’d line to try their other sugarcane varietal versions.
