This rum from the Irish IB Two Shores comes from Panama where it has been aged for eight years in former bourbon casks. Thereafter it has been aged for another six months in Ireland in old Peated whisky barrels. The nose is rich and spicy with strong peatiness and an aroma of vanilla and caramel. At the palate and during the long finish it’s rich, spicy and complex with flavors of caramel, vanilla, peat, nutmeg, clove and honey.
