Cadenhead's Foursquare MBFS 2006
Neat at 63% it comes in hot and sharp — most tasters cut it to the high 40s and it opens right up, turning fruity and soft before it dries out into wood and spice. There's a salty, smoky whisky streak running through it, pineapple and berries up top, cherry and light chocolate underneath. A long, warm, dry finish. Divisive: some rate it a very good Foursquare, one calls it among the weakest he's had.
