#5218 09.04.2025 Running some white samples at home while relaxing a bit. Nose Intense, fresh, lightly sweet, light citrus, vegetal, sugarcane, spice. Palate Intense, medium spicy, sugarcane, light citrus, light vegetal, medium dry, light nutts, light floral. Finish Long and warm, balanced, medium spicy, medium dry, light floral, citrus, sugarcane, faint floral. Empty glass Sugarcane, citrus, light floral, light nutts, faint perfume. Needs to rest for a while to really open up.

Goûté au rhumfest Paris 2026. Déguster un brut de colonne apporte toujours une certaine apprehension par rapport aux degrés d alcool . Pour cette cuvée, ils sont très bien intégrés et je peux pleinement profiter de la concentration aromatique d un très bon agricole . La canne est mise à l honneur!

Description: Le Rhum La Favorite Brut de Colonne 2023 est un rhum agricole blanc AOC Martinique, issu de la récolte de 2023 et distillé sans réduction ni filtration, conservant ainsi toute sa puissance originelle. Il est produit à partir de pur jus de canne (vesou) et distillé dans deux colonnes créoles de la distillerie — l'une en inox et l'autre en cuivre — avant d'être assemblé pour exprimer un équilibre entre finesse et intensité. Ce rhum titre à 72,8 % d'alcool, soulignant son caractère brut et authentique, destiné aux amateurs de spiritueux forts et complexes.La bouteille arbore une étiquette illustrée par l'artiste martiniquais Lucas Vallerie, qui rend hommage au maître distillateur et au savoir-faire artisanal de la distillerie. Nez: végétal,canne à sucre,citron et florale Bouche: intense ,une grosse claque dans la gueule j'oserai dire. Ça n'est pas alcooleux outre la claque. Citron ,canne à sucre et florale Finale: longue , végétal, floral et citron Conclusion : acheté à 77,20€ chez rumstylez. Est-ce que je regrette d'avoir acheté cette bouteille ? Non. Est ce que je compte en prendre une deuxième ? Non car j'ai déjà quelques brut de colonne et je ne compte pas tout boire en un rien de temps. Est ce que je la conseille ? Si vous en avez les moyens ou que vous voulez un peu explorer les bruts de colonnes alors oui ... (Il y a le Dillon brut de colonne(poivre intense ) et le neison, l'esprit (très florale)qui sont bien.). Je trouve que le 2022 est fortement semblable donc si vous voyez une différence notable de valeur ,je vous conseille de prendre le moins cher mais à pris équivalent,prenez quand même le 2023 qui est légèrement au dessus.
