Nose: Lot of vanilla, demerara sugar, molasses, some leather & fudge. Really sweet aromas. Allspice, cinnamon, ginger (gingerbread), oak. Banana chips, coconut chips & hint of orange peels (oil) and marmalade. Palate: not so sweet. Orange peels, kumquat, ginger, dry fruits. Little bit of bitterness. Vanilla, cinnamon, biscuits. Quite peppery, need a water. Charred oak, new wood, maybe some chocolate. Aftertaste: long, dry, little bitterness, with notes of leather, spices & dark chocolate. Conclusion: So, it's really good. Actually, I wanna more emotions & complex, but it's still good rum. You can try it, with few spoons of water 😋
