#5228 12.04.2025 Running some white samples at home while relaxing a bit. Nose Fresh, light sugarcane, faint herbal, light vegetal, fruits, light citrus, floral. Palate Round, balanced, fresh, oily, fruits, light sugarcane, light citrus, floral, faint grass. Finish Long and warm, oily, balanced, fresh, fruits, light citrus, floral. Empty glass Minerals, floral, citrus, light vegetal. ABV is pretty well integrated and a very smooth sipper considering the 71.2%.

Une attaque forte en bouche, presque piquante, mais vite compensé par le gout floral et agricole. Un vrai rhum blanc agricole, fort mais très agréable.

Great new cask strength Rhum Blanc with 9 months maturation in ceramics. Aromatically very flowery, perfumed, mineral, fruity and delicious. Alcohol surprisingly well integrated and an incredibly elegant nose!

Nez exceptionnel de fruits frais, canne à sucre fraîche et une gourmandise sur le sucre de pâtisserie ! Bouche plus nuancée avec une attaque sur le mineral, limite pierre à fusil. Légèrement amer ou peut-être sur l’olive. Dommage que l’on ne retrouve pas cette gourmandise au palais. En revanche, les 71,2 degrés passent très très bien ! J’adore. Finale chaleureuse et très végétale.
