C’est comme une variation de RX17355 mais moins intense, ce qui n’est pas nécessairement une mauvaise nouvelle parce que ledit rhum était presque trop intense et trop compact. Tous les marqueurs classiques de JM sont là et ils sont très bon comme toujours. Des épices de Noël, muscade, cannelle, clou de girofle, tout ce qu’on aime dans ce profile d’agricole très épicé mais aussi tellement savoureux. Si vous avez un peu d’expérience avec les cocktails tiki vous trouverez votre compte très vite ici parce que beaucoup des saveurs tropicaux se sont bien installés dans ce profil. Franchement, c’est très bon mais en meme temps c’est un peu fâcheux parce que ma dernière bouteille brut de fût de chez JM deviendrait presque comme serré par tous les saveurs tant que celle-ci est malheuresement un poil trop mince en goût. Certes, pour 60€ on peut pas se plaindre mais en comparaison directe avec l’excellent Clément private cask cuvée opulence aux meme prix celle-ci n’est pas aussi impressionant. Mais bon, le clément vaut la double de son prix et celle-ci vaut peut être +30% de son prix. Pas mal, mais pas incroyable non plus. Le point fort sans doute c’est la finale. Très, très longue et agréable, ce qui est rare pour un rhum à ce prix (je peux pas le marquer comme longue dans les choix prealables je sais pas pourquoi).

The aroma seems shaper to me, but that's probably because the bottle was newly opened. The taste is very good. You can feel the youth, but there are beautiful spicy notes of red fruit, a little pepper, older wood and a little cinnamon.
