Rum Nation Enmore Small Batch Rare Rums KFM 2002
Wood leads here — fresh oak, pine, pepper and a herbal, faintly medicinal edge that one taster couldn't decide was iodine. It's a pot-still Enmore at nearly 57%, and opinions on sweetness split: some find it dry and wood-forward, others call it round and gently sweet. Let it rest and a fruitier side shows up. Not a fireworks bottle, but an interesting sipper.

How does Rum Nation Enmore Small Batch Rare Rums KFM 2002 taste?
Aggregated from 32 community reviews.
Woody, herbal Enmore with a hot edge Well-liked as a spicy, woody, herbal Enmore that reads dry to some and softly sweet to others. The main gripe: the alcohol runs harsh, and water is hard to add without more burn.

So far my favorite out of the 2002 KFMs. More on the sweet side and more round with good integration of alcohol.
Review by Serge
Very sweet, rather mild and pleasing. Has somehow nothing to do with the old KFMs that I know and is also not colored. In comparison also hardly bitter
Review by Alexander Rasch
An interesting rum with a nice mix of spice, herbs and medicine. But also not super spectacular. Easy Sipper.

An OK release especially when looking at the price tag. After resting for a good while it reveals a more fruity side compared to when it was poured. There is a medicinal note in there and I couldn't out my finger on if it was iodine. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass has some chocolate and a smoky touch.

Some said this is a bit sweet. I must disagree, it is quite dry, only natural sweetness of the distillate, and most prominent ist the wood. There is not much bitterness, but the alcohol is harsh... Also something where I have to disagree. Some drops water are recommended here, it makes the fruit more prominent, but I had trouble getting to that due to the burn. I am a little bit disappointed.
