Un rhum de la Martinique embouteillé dans les années 50. Merci Artur pour le sample. Le nez développe une grande douceur, un peu comme un Demerara mais moins sucré et avec un côté végétal, herbacé qui lui donne de la vigueur. En bouche peu de complexité, la douceur de la mélasse et des côtés végétaux et agricoles comme au nez. Étonnamment, malgré sa simplicité, ce rhum est plutôt long. De la complexité se développe dans la finale et les notes agricoles, du menthol et une certaine acidité s’épanouissent tout en gardant une belle douceur. Une très belle finale !
