CDI Foursquare Barbados (Bottled for Germany) 2010
Neat at 61.2% this one comes out swinging — the alcohol dominates the nose and tongue, and more than one taster wished it had stayed longer in the cask. Behind the heat there's toffee, orange, coconut and a honeyed sweetness, plus a roasted, slightly burnt-and-bitter edge on a woody, dry finish. A single-cask Foursquare that divides the room: interesting, but not the distillery at its best.

How does CDI Foursquare Barbados (Bottled for Germany) 2010 taste?
Aggregated from 14 community reviews.
Hot single-cask Foursquare, alcohol runs the show Most tasters land the same way — the alcohol isn't well integrated, so the fruit and spice struggle through. Fair, not one of Foursquare's stronger single casks.

Foursquare Distillery 2010 Barbados Compagnie des Indes Bottled for Germany Distilled: 12.2010 Bottled: 06.2019 Aged 8 Years 61,2% Cask No. RFBS139 One of 253 Bottles Melasse Rum Farbe: Helles Gold Geruch: Süß und aromatisch.

Alcohol not well integrated.
Review by Christoph
