Review by Ian Gilman
This is my first taste of the Epirus Distillery and I love how they went all in on the Amburana. It’s got a medicinal funk like a Grand Arome — cherry cough syrup, dark fruits — but has a distinct aroma of toasting marshmallows at a campfire. A great release by Rolling Fork that celebrates Brazil.
