WOW! ich hätte mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen können dass Rum mit 83% ohne Verdünnung und ohne Fassreifung so mild und harmonisch sein kann. der weiße Hai aus fiji🦈 ist unerwartet mild und komplex. an der Nase Papaya, ananas, Nagellack, etwas Ingwer und Rose, geschmacklich dann Papaya, Mokka, dunkle Schokolade, etwas Metallisch und wirklich sehr stimmig und rund mit einer leichten überreifen Fruchtsüße. im Abgang bleibt warmer starker Kaffee mit Kakao bestäubt und wieder Papaya. daiquiri damit Grenzt an technical K.O. ist aber absolut hervorragend lecker. großes Kino! top!⚡🦈🤤🇫🇯 Fiji in Reinform mit der typischen Note nach Fahrradschlauch, kräftigem Mokka, Papaya und verbrannten Noten.... Nach wie vor einer meiner absoluter Benchmark white overproof was Komplexität und Alkohol Einbindung angeht... Danke an Roberto Bessa Snō für dieses Monster!

Unfassbar, dass man den mit seinen 83% überhaupt trinken kann! Ein Schluck davon macht echt Spaß!

Ruft die Feuerwehr, jemand hat den Gaumen angezündet! 83% vol., das ist mal ein Teufelzeug! Für mich als Fiji-Fan eigentlich schon lange mal Pflicht, aber tatsächlich gibt es bis auf wenige Einhörner quasi keinen umgelagerten Rum von den Trauminseln. Zeigt sich in der Nase erstmal gar nicht so besonders, könnte auch ein junger, gelagerter Fiji sein. Allerdings ganz klar hochprozentig, hui! Hängt man die Nase zu tief ins Glas, wird man schnell dafür bestraft! Auch am Gaumen: Vorsicht ist die Mutter der Porzellankiste. Der geht selbst für geübte Gaumen nur in kleinen Schlücken. Diese reichen aber auch vollkommen aus, fluten den gesamten Mundraum und liefern Zitrusfrüchte, Plastik, vielleicht sogar etwas Honig. Nichts für jeden tag, aber muss man probiert haben! Krass!

First thought: 83% must be inseparable. On the palate then comes a flavor explosion that has incredible steam, but still transports great aromatics. Madness!
