Odložené přes 30min. Vůně je díky sudům po koňaku a portském spíše ovocná, že je agricole původ dost schovaný. Je dost jemná, ale celkově se mi líbí. Chuť dost kořeněná, trpká, napůl ovocná a napůl rostlinná. S dalším napitím, ale už sametově jemná. V závěru hodně vanilky s muškátovým oříškem. Pěkné
