It pours pale, smells floral and lightly sweet with honey, then turns surprisingly sharp and dry on the palate — pear, honey, a little bitterness and some heat. One taster called it good "pour l'apéro," and several noted the nose promises more sweetness than the sip delivers. Pleasant but thin.

Ganz nettes Profil. Angenehn Floral, ohne dabei ins grasige abzudriften. Leider etwas schwach auf der Brust. Dann wiederum bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ein stärkeres Profil lecker wäre. Wahrscheinlich das Beste aus dem Fass rausgeholt. 6.8/10.

Ein sehr heller Farbton, nur leicht Gelb. Ein leicht süßer Geruch, schwach säuerlich nach Sekt. Der Geschmack ist recht Scharf, kein bisschen Süß, leicht bitter. Das Finish ist leicht scharf und etwas alkoholischer.
