This rum is very, very sweet. It almost goes in the direction of the whole A. H. Riise. But I still like it to some extent. As I said, relatively sweet, to me it tastes of caramel and chocolate. Okay.

Schöner Geruch von Schokolade in der Nase. Im Mund dann auch ein Schokoladenaroma mit der Schärfe der 44% und im Abgang schmecke ich Ingwer. Er ist allerdings auch ziemlich süß und spricht eher Einsteiger an.

Eine mega vanillebombe. Finde ihn jetzt nicht künstlich. Für nen 15 jährigen sehr ehrlich und einen Zacken zu günstig. Schade das niemand die Destille nennen kann. Sollte man auf jeden Fall mal probieren

Ich habe eine besondere Beziehung zu Traspers, also schenk dir schon mal ein Glas ein Rumsammlung es dauert länger. Die Bewertung: Die Nase ist angenehm Vanillig. Der Rum schmeckt nach süße Vanille und scharfem Alkohol. Für Spiced Rum Liebhaber toll. Mein Fall ist er nicht (mehr). Die Story: Traspers hat mich zum Rum gebracht. In einer Rum-Kneipe fragte mich der Inhaber was ich gerne an Rum trinke. Um nicht dumm zu wirken und Bacardi, Captain Morgan oder Havanna Club zu sagen sagte ich Botucal (den hatte ich mal beim Schwiegervater probiert, konnte mich aber nicht mehr erinnern). Also gab der Mann mir ein Glas mit Traspers. Als ich ihn das erste Mal trank, war er bei weitem der allerbeste Rum der Welt. Ich musste ihn haben. Ich interessiere mich für Rum und dank N. Kröger erweiterte ich meine Ein-Flaschen-Sammlung bald um Pampero Anniversario. Das war nochmal was ganz anderes. Ich fragte mich, wie viel anders Rum schmecken kann... Schwupp hatte ich Mount Gay, Appleton, Botucal, Planteray und Saint James mit dabei. Ich merkte süß ist auch nett, aber die echten unverfälschten Rums gefallen mir besser. Inzwischen ist meine Rum-Sammlung auf 15 Flaschen angestiegen. Ich habe die RumX App drauf und veranstalte kleine Tastings mit Freunden. Traspers war der erste und ich trinke ihn immer noch gerne obwohl er leider nicht mehr mein Liebling ist. Er ist sozusagen aber mein Schlüssel in die Rum Welt gewesen. Daher bin ich ihm Dankbar und bewerte ihn entsprechend positiv.

Beim ersten Nippen eher enttäuschend, typischer „Rumgeruch“ mit…, ja mit was genau? Ein bisschen zu wenig, von Allem! Beim nächsten Schluck wird es dann klarer. Er regt meinen Speichfluss genau wie mein Lieblings-Madeira an. Und als meine Frau dann noch Zitrusfrüchte roch, konnte ich das Geschmacksprofil für mich einordnen: Dunkle Schokolade mit Orangenschale. 2 Stunden später läuft mir noch das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Wenn er nur insgesamt etwas mehr Power hätte…abgewertet, da er in Vergleichstests irgendwie künstlich wirkt

Anfänglich sehr lecker. Jedoch mit mehr Zeit wurde er mir irgendwie unangenehm. Die Süße wirkt künstlich. Die 15 Jahre schmecke ich nicht heraus. Für Einsteiger ideal. Durch halt diese Süße. Es war meine erste und auch letzte Flasche.

Sehr süß, viel Vanille und etwas weiße Schokolade und junges Holz. Viel mehr Eindrücke habe ich bei diesem Rum leider nicht. Und obwohl er mit 44% gar nicht besonders stark ist, ist der Alkohol sogar ein bisschen mehr präsent, als ich erwartet halte. Wenn ich mehr als das Samplefläschchen gehabt hätte, wäre der Rest sicher nur noch als Mixer verwendet worden.
