#6014 01.12.2025 Starting off December with a set of unaged samples while watching a program abouyt renovating houses in Italy. Nose Fresh, citrus, faint smoke, olive, sugarcane, floral, mineral. Palate Oily, fresh, citrus, balanced, sugarcane, naturally sweet, light floral, light grass, olive, light salt. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, sugarcane, light floral, light acidic, citrus, olive, light salt.. Empty glass Flowery, sugarcane, light grass, citrus, light olive.

La Perle Rare • 2022 Canne Roseau B59-92 – 54,1 % • 2023 Canne Bleue B69-566 – 52,9 % • 2023 Canne Rouge R579 – 54,2 % La Perle Rare, c’est la version bio, parcellaire et mono-variétale d’A1710. Trois des quatre références étaient présentes (seule la Canne Cristalline manquait). Pour ma part, j’ai un faible pour la Canne Bleue, avec ce petit côté subtilement iodé qui lui apporte une touche très singulière.
