Beautiful, rather fruity scent, nuts, flowers. I think it's a hit. The finish was great. Again, a delicious fruity-floral taste. For me, probably the best Clement I've had. The only thing I would criticise is the length of the finish.

Habitation Clément - Private Cask Finish Marsala - 5 ans - 59,4 % Head for Le François to discover Habitation Clément and its superb Jardin Remarquable. Founded by Homère Clément in 1887, the estate's history is closely linked to the birth of rhum agricole. The Clément brand was created in 1944, and the estate was renamed in 1986 following its purchase by the Hayot family. Although distillation is now carried out at the Simon distillery, the historic site retains 6 ageing cellars housing 12,000 casks - making Clément the island's leading producer of aged rum. ❗ Unfortunately, this cuvée was the disappointment of the evening: the Marsala finish dominates too much, overpowering the rum's typical aromas to leave only an overly pronounced cooked wine note.
