Vôňa je výrazná, nie celkom príjemná. Cítiť smotanu, kešu, korenie, technické vône, šampiňóny v kyslo-slanom náleve, čierne olivy. Chuť je extrémne šťavnatá, ovocná, trochu sladkastá. Je to riadne silná esterová bomba.
