Love this distillery; what they're doing. Great austere funky sugarcane juice rum. Nose: vegetal, greenish funk. Lot's of lime. Almost a daiquiri. Light yet intense. With time some caramellic notes. Good! Taste: the caramel again. Light still. Green. Artichoke. Bitterness. More "save" than the nose (sadly!?). Balanced. Bit musty. Somehow less spectacular than the nose. Still good but I would have bottled it at 50-55%.
